Wanngi is a Web App, which is a website that is completely mobile-friendly. When you opened this website from the URL you will be able to immediately start using it, eliminating the unnecessary downloading and installation stages. You may also be prompted to install the app and upgrade to a full-screen experience on your mobile device. The Wanngi app provides services for people to connect to their health and wellness data by connecting their favourite websites, wearable and monitoring using rest API’s.

By accessing the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. By accessing, using or uploading or downloading any information or materials to or from the Services, or by indicating your assent to these terms by creating an account, clicking “Sign Up” or any similar mechanism, you are agreeing to these terms. if you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the services.

Registration and Accounts

Permitted Users

The services provided by Wanngi are intended solely for persons who are 14 years old or older (as per the Privacy Act 1988 and the OIDC recommendations for access for young people). If you are under the age of 14 years, you may not create an account or register as a member. The Privacy Act 1988 does not set an age at which you are considered to be capable of making decisions about how your personal information is handled. However, the law recognises that competence varies in young people. In some cases, including in relation to access to My Health Record system, a young person may be considered capable of making decisions for themselves from the age of 14. Generally, a young person is deemed legally competent at the age of 18. If you are 14 or older but under the age of 18, you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or legal guardian to make sure that you and your parent or legal guardian understand and agree to these Terms.

You must be a registered member to access the Services of Wanngi. You agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself (“Member Data”) and (b) maintain and promptly update the Member Data. You agree that Wanngi may use your Member Data to provide Services for which you have expressed interest and as otherwise set forth in these Terms. If you provide any information that is inaccurate or not current, or Wanngi has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is inaccurate or not current, Wanngi has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of the Services. In consideration of your use of the Services, you represent that you are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and authentication associated with your account and for restricting access to your password, your computer and mobile device while logged into the Services. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or from your computer and mobile devices. We endeavour to use reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access to your account. We cannot, however, guarantee absolute security of your account, your Content (as defined below) or the personal information you provide, and we cannot promise that our security measures will prevent third-party “hackers” from illegally accessing the Services or its contents. You agree to immediately notify Wanngi of any unauthorized use or your account or password, or any other breach of security, and to accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Member Data and any other information or content you provide to Wanngi.

You may register for or log-in to your account via a third-party network, such as Facebook or Google. If you do so, you hereby authorize Wanngi to pre-populate the registration and other relevant information fields of your account and/or to use such third-party credentials to log you into your account. If you connect your account to a third-party network, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions and policies applicable to such third party.

No commercial use

This website is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content, software, products or services contained within this website. You may not use this website, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own website.

Unacceptable activity

You must not do any act that we would deem to be inappropriate, is unlawful or is prohibited by any laws applicable to our website, including but not limited to:

Payments and Fees


Wanngi uses the 3rd party payment platform, Stripe, the Stripe API, and in conjunction, your Stripe account to process credit and debit card transactions for your Wanngi account. Wanngi is a “Partner Application” as defined in the Stripe Terms of Service. By using Wanngi and agreeing to the Wanngi Terms. you also agree to be bound by Stripe’s Terms.

You expressly understand and agree that Wanngi shall not be liable for any payments and monetary transactions that occur through your use of the Service. You expressly understand and agree that all payments and monetary transactions are handled by Stripe. You agree that Wanngi shall not be liable for any issues regarding financial and monetary transactions between you and any other party, including Stripe.

You are responsible for all transactions (one-time, recurring, and refunds) processed through the Service and/or Stripe. Wanngi is not liable for loss or damage from errant or invalid transactions processed with Your Stripe account. This includes transactions that were not processed due to a network communication error, or any other reason. If you process a transaction, it is your responsibility to verify that the transaction was successfully processed.

You understand that Wanngi uses the Stripe API to run the Service and that the Stripe API is subject to change at any time and such changes may adversely affect the Service. You understand and agree to not hold Wanngi liable for any adverse effects that actions (whether intentional or unintentional) on the part of Stripe may cause to your Stripe account, your Wanngi account, or your business.

You must not process stolen credit cards, or unauthorised credit cards through Stripe and/or Your Wanngi account.


To access certain functionality of the Services, you may be required to pay specific fees. Specific Service fees, (along with any required taxes) will be paid at time of the transaction. Service fees, (along with any required taxes), may be paid on a monthly or annual basis. All Service fees are payable in advance. Members changing from monthly to annual memberships will have the annual rates take effect at the beginning of the next billing date. If you upgrade your membership or add new categories of service to your account, such changes may result in a new billing date. Wanngi reserves the right to increase Service fees, or to institute new fees at any time upon reasonable advance notice.


Service fees will be billed automatically at the start of the monthly or annual period, as applicable. These fees will auto-renew until your Subscription Service is downgraded or terminated. Your Subscription Service fee will be the same as your initial charges unless you are otherwise notified in advance. You may cancel your Subscription Service at any time, as described below.


You may reduce the Services for which you are paying fees by visiting your “Account” page and selecting “Downgrade”. The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You can delete your account at any time by visiting your “Account” page and selecting “Cancel Account”.

Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information

The information on our website, that is not data about you, is not comprehensive and is intended to provide a summary of the subject matter covered.
